http://www.google.com/search?q=HBS%20application%20first%20round%20release&hl=en&lr=

rank 1 of 33,800

I am not sure what this all means, but I think it is quite funny to see we rank number one for a search for Chicago, one and two for two different Harvard searches and one for a search, in Japanese, for a Yale blog!

Any thoughts ?

Yale is one of the big named schools in Japan, but it is weird that your site would come up when someone searched for it.

It has to do with your blog being an authority, Google prefers to rank your site based on overall quality results. Once you reach that status, you will be able to rank for just about anything you make a post about.
