Wharton MBA Initiates New Leadership Development & Coaching Program

The Wharton MBA Program, known for its Leadership Ventures and other experiential leadership learning opportunities, is introducing a new Leadership Development and Coaching Program this spring. Open to 80 1st year students, the program focuses on the individual and includes a small group dynamics workshop, an online DISC Assessment (behavioral asssessment tool), leadership communications workshop, sessions with an Executive Coach, and alumni mentoring. The new program has already generated tremendous interest among the Wharton student body. Stay tuned for more information in the months ahead...
